The IMA MATIC 120 is a fully automatic, high-speed capsule filling machine capable of producing up to 120,000 capsules per hour. Designed for pharmaceutical and nutraceutical production environments, the machine accurately fills powders, pellets, and granulated products into hard gelatin or HPMC capsules. Featuring continuous-motion technology, quick size changeovers, GMP-compliant construction, and support for capsules (sizes 00 through 4 availble), the MATIC 120 delivers exceptional productivity, reliability, and dosing accuracy for commercial-scale manufacturing operations. Available with various tooling packages, vacuum systems, capsule sorters, and optional in-line weight control systems.
